some of these entities don't exist anymore; some of them only on their websites and in our memories.
Girl Wonder Athletic Productions put on The Sewing Show at kaleidoscope. it was an interactive interpretive dance event, the brainchild of Candace Younghans. the Really Really Free Market used to take place on saturday's in the mission and everything on offer was free. really, really. 
Desafio Qutur was an art clothing line by multi-media artist Maga Rincon. 
Blue Six was another DIY performance space just down the street from kaleidoscope, run by bassist Joe Lewis who played in many shows at kaleidoscope. 
John Kyle of JK Fine Cabinets was our construction adviser, but he left the country. 
Darlene's Fabrics was where kaleidoscope got all its super-cool fabrics used in the glitzy upholstery. we miss you Joe. 
Indira of Indira Allfree Massage moved away and is now soothing some other community. i randomly ran into her in austin, texas a few years ago, but that's not where she's living.
Out of Our was a san francisco based literary magazine run by Sarah Page.
